A 5 course dinner will include:
- Wild mushroom crostini
- Apple, spelt berry, gorgonzola, local greens
- Pan fried Red Lake walleye or marinated tofu, both served with wild rice, pecan croquette, béarnaise
- Seared pork chop with fig sauce or balsamic glazed seitan, both served with parsnip, garlic, and potato purée
- Custard baked in sweet dumpling squash with a cranberry sauce.
